One Step Hepatitis A IgM/IgG Antibody Test is a rapid direct binding test for the qualitative detection of hepatitis A IgM/IgG antibodies in human whole blood serum or plasma as an aid in the clinical assessment of hepatitis A early infection.
The test is based on the principle of colloidal gold enhanced, rapid immunocharomatographic assay for the determination of hepatitis A IgM/IgG antibodies in human whole blood, serum or plasma. Purified recombinant antigens are employed to identify hepatitis A IgM/IgG antibodies specifically. This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 20 minutes. Test results are read visually without any instrument.
