REAGENT PREPARATION AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
（1）Group A Streptococcus Ag Test should be stored at temperature 2-30℃.
（2）Each device should remain in its sealed pouch for the duration of the shelf-life.
（3）Shelf life: 24 months
PRECAUTIONS
（1）For professional in vitro diagnostic use only. Do not use after expiration date.
（2）Group A Streptococcus Ag Test should remain in the sealed pouch until use.
（3）Do not eat, drink or smoke in the area where the specimens or test cassettes are handled.
（4）Handle all specimens as if they contain infectious agents. Observe established precautions against microbiological hazards throughout all procedures and follow the standard procedures for proper disposal of
specimens.
（5）The used test should be discarded according to local regulations.
（6）Humidity and temperature can adversely affect results.
ASSAY PROCEDURE
2.Gently squeeze the tube and add 3 drops of solution into the Sample Well (or strip sample pad).
3.Read results within 10-15 minutes.
NEGATIVE: Only one colored line appears in the control region (C). No line is visible in the test region (T).
Invalid: If no line appears in the control area, the test results are invalid regardless of the presence or absence of line in the test area. The direction may not been followed correctly or the test may be deteriorated. It is
recommended that repeat the test using a new device. If the problem persist, please stop to use the product and contact local distributor.
